I always thought bushcraft was like the stuff in his books . As I found them before the current stuff which is a bit more focussed on a few things.
He also did the bush folklore stuff .

I have seen them make them on tv in africa to store fruit.
A lot of the old technology could be adapted to new things in this age also , a bit of a tweak.
We are lucky he has documented so much of the old stuff with pictures and instructions.
For anyone who does not know them , you may find the books in the public library a copy here or there if you are lucky .
