Scientific name: Diomedea exulans

Common Name: Wandering Albatross

Order: Procellariiformes

Family: Diomedeidae

Other Names:
Snowy Albatross, White-winged Albatross

Distribution: Pelagic.

Habitat: Ocean.

Field Notes: Longest wingspan of any living bird: 2.51–3.70 m - White body, black and white wings, large pink bill and feet.

Photos taken on a Pelagic boat trip departing from St Helens on the East Coast of Tasmania.
