Field Notes:
Distinguished from the similar Otway Black Snail by its distinctive orange rim
The Orange Foot Snail is the largest carnivorous snail in Victoria.

This snail was encountered on an open track in the Toolangi forest in a rainstorm in April.
Altitude approx. 900m.
