Nice, but I'm not sure about the Ti striker …

The ti striker is a different beast, and takes time to get used to. When you are working with sharp flints they are unlike any other striker and almost like a ferro rod and you can get flash tinders to combust (cat tail fluff as an example) I am still learning its nuances but will find out how it likes to be struck. I have decided only to use it with flint and not to waste my time practicing with quartz with it.
