Hi, when I saw the result I was a little unsure so I consulted with the Author.

The Cleanup step is a key step and an important skill to master.

Although a cleanup may not be "needed" in your backyard, it is a task / skill we'd like to see demonstrated; and skills are what the courses are trying to impart.

Can you manage a photo showing a fire followed by a cleanup ?

Thanks

That's fair enough, and I agree!

I often think that is one of the problems at camp grounds with designated fire pits, people think they don't need to clean up after a fire!

As I said this is a fireplace I have set up in my little 'bush camp' down the back, but next time I'm down there I'll do one to the side and post the pics.

Cheers
