Project completed on: 26/May/2014 at my usual spot in Bunyip S.P. [ East of Melbourne]

I made a sweet damper as per your recipe Bush Chef, and it was yummy :)... but at the last second I thought, what the hell, sweet or not I'll have the bacon on it that I had also cooked.

There was a baby damper stuck to the mixing spoon/stick that I had carved, so I threw that in too.

Looks fantastic! Good work. Hey, bacon goes on anything. I would have even topped it with loads of maple syrup! :risatonaD:
