Animal:Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) and Hare (Lepus capensis)

Location:South Burnett, Qld

Time of year: Spring

Rabbit scat tends to be in piles. There has been some dung beetle activity in this scat.

Hare scat is scattered about the feeding area and is a little larger than rabbit scat

Also with rabbit scat an easy way to see if present rather than sifting through long grass is to look ontop of large rocks will supply pics they seem to to like sitting high
