Scientific Name: Pseudemoia rawlinsoni

Common Name: Glossy Grass Skink

Other Names: Rawlinson's Skink, Rawlinson's Window-eyed Skink

Order: Squamata

Family: Scincidae

Distribution: Tasmania (mostly in the north and east), Cape Barren Island, Victoria and southern NSW.

Habitat: Rushy grasses, low dense vegetation, margins of swamps etc.

Field Notes: Males have a head and body length of 49 mm, and females reach 54-63 mm.
