this is me forging my GAW striker at my good friends Jack's forge yesterday, I really look forward to my time at the forge, the fellowship and friendship and hammer-time bending steel to my will are fantastic.
I think I am up to around 20 odd strikers forged now and I feel I am improving with each striker completed.
I know I have got my quench technique pretty well sorted and haven't produced a striker yet that hasn't sparked.

Wish I had a anvil in a workshop like that. Alas my ironworking skills are virtually zilch.
