I have trouble getting exactly what I want.
My research has turned up a few makers who do bespoke work
So I thought i would post links to their websites for those who may want to design a bag to suit their individual needs.

PHD is owned my Peter Hutchinson who used to own Mountain Equipment in England
Sale at PHD starts soon; some of the best down bags in the world.

Nunatak in America make a system that offers a good solution the the light and fast dilemma
One of the few makers who still do half-sacs as a standard

French company who do custom work

There are quite a few more but these are the ones i have found so far

Phd and Nunatak are meant to be great. Which one did you order?

I've ordered a pack through this guy, he's well known in the ultralighting world and has just introduced crazy-light sleepingbags to his lineup, pretty reasonable proces too.

Mentioned these guys before, happy to do full customised bags.

I'm using a quilt by Brandon, super light using much higher fill power than Aussie manufacturers offer for some reason.

I can't afford to order anything at the moment
PHD at the moment won't do elephants foot bags so my thoughts are to get an Akula footsac and Extra large Sub-Alpinist when funds permit ( I already have an extremely warm Everest down parka I usually sleep in above the snow line.

Total cost including post exceeds $800- and I do not have it.

Actually all I really need is a really light half sac, I had considered ordering a PHD Mimimus and just throwing the top third in the bin buy i may contact enlightened and see what they an do
Thanx for that link BTW
