Anyone got any Shelham clasp knifes to trade? I use these for my bush knots workshops and could use a few more.

These were iussed to the Australian defence forces for decades. Same knife was also available on the civilian market often sold as a "yachtsman" knife.

Same patten of knife was used British army with it own NATO stock number 7340 99 975 7403n. There is a new cheaper knock off that is lower quality and comes blunt.

With the marlin spike these great for knots workshops. Will to trade some leathercraft items like belts,sheaths,pouchs..

I was trying to trade for some .. A few fourm members will have these knifes tucked away in some dusty drawer. Or out in the back shed not geting used half forgotten.

I am using them knot workshops so don't really pay $100 per kinfe. Some people are interested in these as military collector knifes. l am Interested in as functional knifes for educational workshops

The shelham clasp knifes without military markings are often cheaper and in better condition. They are just less collectable so cheaper.

There is a cheap knock off version on ebay which I think is made in China. It's obviously inferior quality and I try to avoid things made in China personally

One of those sites I think is an auction site ..
So might pay to keep an eye on future auctions
