Wow there is a really big range of topics covered on that online store. I looked on the NSW equivalent but found nothing of the kind.

Does anyone know if the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage has something similar or if there is a NSW equivalent?

For Victoria, the Koori Heritage Trust has some good ones for sale in their bookshop. For instance I picked up Plants of Significance to the Ganai Community by de Souza-Daw, Harris and Paton the other day. The Ganai nation are the indigenous people of Gippsland. They also have books relevant to other parts of Australia.

Some introduced weeds are edible like fennel and common mallow. Check those out as well.
