Hey guys,

First time posting here. I've always had an interest in camping and have just recently started to take an interest in Bushcraft after watching a whole heap of Joe Robinet videos. This is probably going to be a stupid question but anyway, I just wanted to know if the Barrington/Gloucester Tops area was suitable for some Bushcraft? I also wanted to know if there are places to camp where you're not going to run into a lot of other people or anyone at all?

Cheers guys. I look forward to sharing my bushcraft journey with you all.

Barrington Tops is popular with bushwalkers and campers, sorry don't know of any out of the way camping spots as have not been there for a while.

Keep an eye on the weather, Barrington is a high altitude area known for quick weather changes with sudden fog and rain coming in. Good place to try your firelighting skills.

Leeches are about as well, a bit of DEET spray on your footwear will help to keep them at bay.
