Thanks for the welcome fellas,
Waveman, have you looked at the google earth photos of Mundubbera? The river near the town is in flood whith white water going over the weir, but a few hundred meters uptream and downstream (where they have stiched the next images) are bare sand. Lol

I haven't as yet, but will do, thanks mate. The floods hit Mundub pretty hard.

I dont think the images are from this years floods.
Google earth images from areas that i know well seem
to be five or six years or more old.
