Bird Brown Falcon (Falco Berigora)??

My father took these two photographs last week after he noticed the bird sitting on the TV antennae for a while. I'm sure you will agree with me that the 'in flight' photograph is a cracker. He was fortunate to capture the picture as it basically flew over his shoulder. After having a look in my copy of Cayley's field book, I think I have correctly ID'd it.

I would greatly appreciate any clarification. Property is located near Wagga Wagga, NSW.

Looks like either a female Brown or Collared Goshawk. By the rounded end to the tail feathers I suspect Brown.
....and yes, a very nice in flight capture too!!
