Hey Guys,

I bought this one when they first came out from WildEarth Australia on Ebay.

If you're looking for one of these and don't want to spend the cash, but have something you'd like to trade, let me know.

I've used it twice - once for clearing brush to test it on light stuff, and the second time to cut down a 3 inch wattle sapling. It's got a few sap stains on the sharpened part of the blade. No chips, still has the original edge. Handle and lanyard are perfect. Sheath is perfect - has never seen moisture.

A few things i'm after...

Firesteels, military size (3/8"x4" is a good size...)
Canvas bags and pouches
Military clothing (32" waist, XL shirts), wet weather gear
44 gallon drum liners, thick plastic
Dry bags
Knives
Anything you've seen in a Dave Canterbury video ;)

If you want a closeup photo let me know.

Did you write a review for us??
No I think you might find it was me that wrote the review on the BG perang.
And yeah, I do like it, although I wouldn't class it as the best I've ever used.
I've found it quite a reasonable, useful tool at a budget price.
Certainly wound't hesitate to recommend one to anyone thinking of buying one.
Bit disapointed with the quality of the sheath but the perang seems fine to me.
May be looking in the future at making a custom sheath for it, or I might just leave it as it is & go for another better quality unit altogether & keep the BG job in the 4wd. Must admit I do like the look of the BHK outdoor machette. Also been thinking of a new Kukhri for a while now.
