We are away down the southcoast NSW for a week of kayaking and hiking 😳😳 2 days now stuck indoors. Did go for a walk in the torrential rain and the water was freezing, but once climatised it was brilliant, gale force winds now, massive surf and local flooding. Supposed to clear tomorrow, lakes and rivers will be interesting.

Get used to it Mozzie, due to anthropogenic global warming & climate change this is going to get a lot worse!
Take care.
Keith.

Just got back from a 3 nighter with Corin. The forecast had promised us 100% chance of rain and all we got was a drizzle. Some kayakers have all the luck :)

3 nights, brilliant, doing a bit of a trip report for us 😁

Honestly we don't mind rain at all but the wind is shocking ATM, its driving sideways 😳 not the best kayaking fun.

Yeah looks poopy. I have been getting out a bit of late. Had a nice little kayak trip down in lake Conjola a few weeks back and then 3 nights and 3 days with Wentworth. Should pull my finger out and get forum active again....
