Sami, great to see you are up to the challenge.
I never felt hungry at all. There was plenty there for me. I found that with the quinoa, beans and lentil mix there was more than enough variety as well.
I found that just covering the meat with boiling water and keeping it boiling for about another two minutes before covering for about 10 minutes "replumped" the meat to near(ish) the original size.
I didn't do that all the time though. Sometimes, I just threw it in the overall mix with just enough water and it was pretty tasty.
Experiment with your own tastes or use mine and let me know if they work. As I said, I will have to try these on an open fire next. Hmmm, maybe I might have to try it on a hobo stove of some sort...aaaarrrrggghhh, so many choices...
Enjoy. It was good fun for me.
    Cheers

    Long answer. Nooooooooooo!
Sorry mate, I never took any notice, to be honest. To busy trying to work out what I was eating. If I had to guess, I think I would have got change out of five litres but it would be a guess.
    Cheers
