    Chili Beer

Just bottled an Australian Pale Ale.

I decided to add a bit of spice to a few bottles:

    Three different trials:
    - Whole fresh chili
    - Half fresh chili
    - Whole dried chili

... and the bulk as just normal PA.

I'll do a taste test once its ready (few weeks / months)

I used to drink Corona's with a fresh chili instead of lemon wedge in it, went down quite well. I imagine with a good tasting beer like a pale it would be even better.....

Keep the bottles in the dark. The hop extract that is used is not light stable
