    Railriders Eco Mesh pants is a good option also though not cheap.

    Fjallraven vidda or barents trousers are excellent , but not so cheap. Quick drying and durable don't go in the same sentence. Columbia make pants that will dry in a few minutes, but don't expect any protection from them.
